Diop Digital LLC ("Diop Digital," "we," "us") builds AI consulting, custom software, and automation solutions. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
01Information We Collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver our services:
- Contact details — name, email, phone, and company when you submit a form, email us, or start a project.
- Project information — anything you share with us to scope or build a solution, including files, credentials you choose to provide, and business requirements.
- Billing information — handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Usage data — basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working.
02How We Use Information
- Respond to inquiries and provide quotes.
- Deliver, maintain, and support the software and services you engage us for.
- Process payments and send invoices.
- Send service-related communication about your project.
- Improve our website and protect against fraud and abuse.
- Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
03Service Providers
We use trusted third parties to run our business. They access information only as needed to perform their service and are bound to protect it. These include payment processing (Stripe), email and productivity tools (Google Workspace), and AI providers used to power automation features. AI providers process the data we send them to generate outputs and do not use it to train their models on our behalf.
04Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and contractual requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete project data at any time, subject to records we must keep by law.
05Security
We protect information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and secured infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your data and limit who can access it.
06Cookies
Our site uses minimal cookies needed for it to function and to understand basic traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may not work as expected if you do.
07Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
