If you opt in, Diop Digital may send you:
- Appointment and consultation confirmations and reminders.
- Account, project, and service updates.
- Responses to questions you send us by text.
We do not send marketing or promotional texts to people who have only opted in for service messages.
02How you opt in
You provide consent in one of these ways:
- On this website — by entering your number and checking the consent box in the form above.
- In writing or in person — by giving us your number and confirming you want text updates during an engagement.
Consent is never pre-checked, never bundled with a purchase, and is always your choice.
03Message frequency & cost
Message frequency varies based on your activity with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Diop Digital does not charge for the messages themselves.
04How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation that no further messages will be sent. To resume, reply START or opt in again here.
